I have a friend who put his windows 8 computer with C drive to sleep and power switched off. Then when he went to wake the computer he got a message on the screen of not being able to boot. Before that he used the same product key but it worked fine. I have his win 8 pro key code but i don't have a download link for the iso for win 8.1, 8 and 10. Can you help please. Thank you.

Hi! I have a friend who activated her Windows 8.1 with her product key but it's not working. It doesn't activate even for me neither. I found out that you have to enter the 8.1 product key after you activate windows 8.1. Is that true?
I bought a computer with Windows 8.1 pro. I tried to activate it but it doesn't activate with my original product key(from my friend who bought it for me). I bought it like one month ago and it still activated with her windows 8.1 product key. I tried to activate it with my product key as well but it doesn't activate. I don't know what to do anymore.
